Hit Fore Hospice

We joined forces with the other Rotary Clubs in Metro to support the 2nd Annual Hit Fore Hospice golf tournament organised by Dartmouth Rotary Club. Pictured is our very own Rtn Mark Hooftman and his team. The event raised $17000 for the Hospice Society of Greater Halifax.

The sun shone on Chester Golf Course for the tournament. We helped providing volunteers to sell 50/50 tickets and more and also sponsored a hole. Volunteers were provided by Scotia Bank and 88 golfers participated. This is an event that will just grow and grow and we are already looking forward to supporting the 2016 tournament!
