One of our founding members, William (Bill) Walter Scammell has been proclaimed an honorary member of The Rotary Club of Sackville and Area and thus, accorded the fellowship and privileges of such a membership. Through his Rotary years, Bill has been a great mentor to us all and has conveyed the philosophy of unselfish volunteer service in character with the Rotary motto "Service above Self". Congratulation Bill, you make us all so proud.
