William (Bill) Walter Scammell

One of our founding members, William (Bill) Walter Scammell member of The Rotary Club of Sackville and Area and thus, accorded the fellowship and privileges of such a membership. Through his Rotary years, Bill was a great mentor to us all and had conveyed the philosophy of unselfish volunteer service in character with the Rotary motto "Service above Self". He made us all so proud.
