It's back! Our 5th Annual Wine Survivor fundraiser! The proceeds will help us to support work in our local communities. Our current projects support Literacy for Children and Youth, Hunger and Homelessness, and Recycle Your Cycle. Tickets to enter are $35.00 each. If you would like to participate by purchasing a ticket, please notify us at rotarysackville38@gmail.com There are three elimination draws, each with the option to buy back in at $5.00. Our upcoming guest speaker meeting has been rescheduled to next Thursday, October 5th and will be hosted by Linda at her home in Lower Sackville. This will be a potluck dinner format. Debbie and Linda will each be bringing a guest to join us - new member prospects Linet (Linda) & Nicola (Debbie). This will be the first of two meetings that Nicola will attend as she considers joining Rotary. As a reminder, new member prospects must attend 2 club meetings before the Board can make a new member proposal to the membership. Linet is a previous Rotarian from Kenya, and we look forward to Linet's transfer to Rotary Club of Sackville & Area soon. A great evening is planned, hope to see you there as we meet and hear from these two wonderful guests. Please RSVP to Linda (using the accept or decline option) so that she can plan for the appropriate number of guests.
