The Rotary Club of Sackville and Area is pleased to support both the Millwood High School and Sackville High School Breakfast Programs once again this year.
Shown at Millwood High are:
Left to Right: Debbie Gascoigne (Rotary), Principal Mr. Corkum, Dean, Gordon, Miss Webb (Teacher), Ron Zwaagstra (Rotary) and Lisa Keddy (Rotary). Dean and Gordon are two of the students actively involved in the food preparation. On average, 70 to 80 students drop by for nutritious breakfast foods each morning on their way to class. Friday is hot breakfast day, but the cold food days sounded yummy, too! In addition to staples like fruit and yogurt, they regularly have homemade items like muffins, granola bars and breakfast brownies.
