What an amazing evening we spent with our Speaker Wanda White (Rotarian) as she navigated us through 6 decades of playing Women's Hockey in Nova Scotia and throughout the world.  Thank you Wanda!

 

  

 

  

  

We sincerely thank all who have donated bikes, supported, sponsored, gifted to our Recycle Your Cycle 2024 project. Approximately 100 bikes were re-homed with accompanying new helmets. A huge thank you and shout out to our partners, Sportwheels Sports-Excellence, The Salvation Army, and JunkWorks. It shows what can happen when Communities work together and are big believers in Giving Forward Together. As a result, much joy is brought to those who receive these cycles. Thanks again and very, very much appreciated.

 

The co-leaders of our Rotary Interact Club at CPA High are graduating. Congratulations!! "Interact" is the youth group that operates under the Rotary Club of Sackville and Area.  They learn the value of doing good things for others, planning meetings, fundraising, hosting events and presenting in front of their peers.  We often hear that the next generation doesn't have the same values...well, we can say that the particular youth in this club understand the value of "Service Above Self" and there are youth out there that care.  Here they pose with their Rotary Advisor, holding a farewell message from our club.  We also would like to thank our Rotary Advisors, Beverly Barker and Patricia De Freitas.  We thank all you Ladies for your service.
